This is a nice 2-layer waterproof breathable fabric so you will need to line the inside. It has a polyester taslan outer face with a soft hand. Printed in a Splatter pattern for lots of interest.

Line the inside with a fleece such as a Polartec® 200 Series Polyester Fleece - Black, taffeta, or mesh.

Seal the seams with MELCO tape, SeamSure or SeamGrip.
